  • I was charged for the full 2 hours but from the time you called to tell me you were on your way and the time you were done unloading it was exactly an hour. So not sure why I was charged for 2 hours.

  • Kind of expensive. $360 to move just 2 pieces of furniture. Otherwise everything was fine.

  • Load and unload took over twice as long as my previous move (5 hours vs. 2 hours) into the same building and from a similar apartment during my move from St. Paul. Instead of using the stairs directly next to my apartment as the previous movers did, the movers used the entrance on the far side of the building, drastically extending the move time and costing me an extra $300. Employees were pleasant enough and the move was smooth otherwise.
