  • Came 35 minutes late. Even though everything was confirmed by messages a day before, they called me to oay for their parking fees and threatening me to not come. i paid for 3 movers for 2 hours which the building had limited hours. Eventually they came with 2 people third one not showing up because i didn’t want to pay their parking. Two people completed the work however the whole experience was unreliable and unprofessional. I only released the payment because they eventually got it done but i would never ever recommend using them to anyone!

    We arrived 30 minutes late because we couldn't find parking at the location and the client didn't have parking in their building The customer was also aggressive, shouting at us, and on one occasion he hit us with his door because he was angry and in a hurry. We apologize anyway, but we work half an hour for the client for free and they never pay extra.
