• They showed up late because they had double booked us. They were fine when they got there, but we tried rebooking with them and they double booked us again and didn’t show up. They are not reliable, it’s not worth the price cut.

  This customer was not an issue during the initial job. She was satisfied with our work and even rebooked us because of the quality of service we provided. Unfortunately, we were unable to complete the second booking because the customer scheduled before her required additional time, and I remained committed to finishing that job. Her second booking was also outside of Moving Helper's standard service hours, which contributed to the scheduling conflict. We maintained professionalism throughout the process, and there were no issues with the quality of our work. I respectfully ask that any negative feedback related to the second booking not be held against my account, as the original service was completed successfully and the scheduling conflict was beyond our control.

• There was a mix up that was not either of our fault and these guys still came through even though they didn’t have to. They worked hard and had so much integrity. They were thoughtful and intentional with how they handled my property. They communicated consistently and overall were a true pleasure to work with. Would definitely hire again.
