Both guys were super respectful of me and my things. I wish shocked. How much of my stuff they were able to fit in the U-Haul for one trip. If I ever move again, I would gladly book with them.

They are slow like turtles. We initially booked for two hours and had a window for additional one hour. There was no need for the fourth hour. Couple of things went wrong and they need to be more professionalized. -they damage my tv screen by tightening the rope and putting to much pressure on the screen -you are not supposed to put your shoes on the sofa seats unless there is no option. You were standing on the sofa seat in the elevator. -Training another employee on the job.
