Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
The workers performed their tasks well, and I appreciate their efforts. However, two of my items were damaged during the move. Initially, the manager assured me that the company would take responsibility for the damages, but later they denied any liability. Additionally, I found the manager’s behavior to be unprofessional and discourteous.
Jason and Corey were superb. Those guys worked hard and were extremely helpful. All our stuff made it safely without damage, largely because of Jason’s Tetris skills! Justin, who communicated with us, was also great. When we realized I booked the wrong day, he adjusted it no problem- very understanding. Great experience with this company.
