• I had to book last minute with them as my other appointment with other services company was a no show. XXB sent out guys immediately. I was very impressed and initially they were very good with the conversation and move. There’s one guy who did all the heavy lifting, other guy was moving the lighter weight items. In the end they got other job booked and started rushing me in about the time, I had to get the heavy lifting done with them and take care of the light weight items by myself. If you are only booking for a couple hours, be careful to move the heavier items first. Otherwise they’ll ask you to pay higher even for the extra hours they had to wait for transit time.mine was just across the street and I had to pay 15 mins extra for transit time.Lighter items can be taken care of later Overall,it was an above average experience, we could’ve done much better with planning. May be check their time in and time out in the beginning itself.It was my first time as well so I’ll plan better
