    The movers were nice enough, but didn't finish the job in the allotted time. We only had a 15ft. truck and it shouldn't have taken that long. The help was appreciated while they were here though.

    The crew was 30+ minutes late (and in total 1.25 hours late due to U-Haul not providing the correct address) The movers were incredibly unprepared for the job. No dolly, improperly dressed for the weather and moving, incapable of actually lifting simple boxes and chairs. We had to remind them countless times not to drag furniture across our wooden floors, which they repeatedly did - scratching our floors multiple times. And they also nearly broke our light fixture going down the steps multiple times, and scratched the wall otherwise. They dropped our couch on the ground. My boyfriend had to step in multiple times to help them, otherwise this would not have gotten done on time and our items would be more badly damaged. Overall I was not impressed.

    Jayvion arrived early and was extremely professional and helpful. We had an oddly shaped item to move and he was a rock star. Highly recommend.
