• The LEAD, with the beard mover was very disrespectful to his co-worker. Co-worker, driver did most of the work while LEAD mover, with the beard stood by took multiple brakes. He also called and made a threat because he heard me on the phone talking about his performance, stating that he ,Knew my address, . Used my kitchen sink without asking and stood there for a period while co- work did more work. I would NOT want to use him again. And as far as the threat he made. I would caution him to ,stay in place!

• They were over an hour and a half late, the owner refused to answer phone calls when I was trying to get an update about where they were and when they would be there. I called multiple times after the hour mark - he answered finally and said he was going to figure out what was going on. I waited and he never called back. When I tried to call him back to get an update, he wouldnt answer. I finally texted him after 20 minutes and he would text back. He's incredibly unprofessional. Terrible communication, inexcusable. I know it sucks to have to answer the phone and acknowledge that you're not doing what you promised your customer you would, but unfortunately sometimes that's part of the whole package. Refusing to answer because you don't have good news and just not communicating at all doesn't work. The actual people that did the moving were friendly but they also damaged some of my furniture, and despite being over an hour and a half late they still charged the same amount.

• On time and very efficient with the allotted time. Made sure to take care of my items as well and communicated the entire time.
