Ai have nothing positive to say beyond they finally showed up. I had to reach out to confirm if they were showing up and what time that would be. Day of the move they called well after the time they were supposed to arrive, said they were 5 mins away, showed up 20 mins later. Both had beachwear shoes on. The amount of items I have that are ruined because they didnt know how to pack a truck is highly upsetting. Most of my furniture is under a year old. My dining table huge gashes and scratches in the top, my bookcases have giant scratches and the coating on then down to the wood and metal. The amount of things in my boxes that are also broken. My couch i knew was gonna have marks on it, but my daughter and I had less trouble getting in the entryway than they did getting it out. Would not recommend and I fully regret using them to try and save some money. Now I have furniture Im gonna have to replace cause it looks horrible now.
