  Thank you so much for your feedback Addison, we appreciate you! Yes, usually once a certain weight threshold is reached for specialty items like weight equipment, pianos, safes, etc we add that on. Best of luck on everything.

  Heavy Lifters Moving Services

• I’ve never had such a bad experience with a moving service before. I entered the correct address and zip code, and even though I was 12 minutes late (my fault), they warned me they only had two hours. I thought that was fine since similar moves usually take about 1.5 hours. When I arrived, they claimed they were at the address, but they clearly weren’t. They had entered the wrong location into GPS, then blamed me for giving a wrong address. After arguing, they said they’d arrive in 15 minutes or cancel. I waited 25 minutes, only for them to end up at another wrong address in a completely different zip code, blaming me again. I eventually shared the adress so they could find it. They loaded for about an hour but couldn’t fit large items I specifically prioritized. They finished in 2h20m with a 1-hour delay, and I left quickly to make appointments. Today I saw everything dumped inside the entrance, including a couch upside down with missing legs. If needed, I can provide photos.
