The movers showed up 45 minutes late even after I clarified the time with the dispatcher 2 weeks prior. They had no identifying clothing or names on their person. Additionally, when they arrived they told us that because there were stairs in the building that they would charge extra for the stairs ($5 per stair) which was not included in their pricing. (I can understand paying for stairs, but it wasn't mentioned in their pricing when we first booked, nor was it a problem when I mentioned a second story.) It felt like they moved somewhat slowly almost as if to trying to add an additional hour on to our service, so my partner had to help move some things in order to keep things on time and to ensure all of our things were in our home.
