  • My movers were amazing! They were efficient, polite and all worked together really well to get the job done much quicker than anticipated. I would highly recommend Top Shelf movers! I did have an issue with movinghelp that I found rather disappointing. The app allows for adjustments to the order to increase hours however they do not allow for decrease in hours. I was lead to believe that this was possible. I booked 4 guys for 3 hours. The job took a little over an hour. I understand there is a minimum of two hours and I was good with that but movinghelp would not adjust down or give me a credit for the extra unneeded hour. Instead they canceled the reservation and rebooked it at a significantly higher rate. I am doubting that the guys were compensated at that higher rate so I tipped them cash outside of moving help. - so if you are using moving help please note you can add hours so don’t let them talk you into overbooking. I gave 5 stars because the work performed deserved it
