• My experience with the owner was horrible. The lack of communication and changing of pricing is unacceptable. I scheduled for 3 helpers only 2 showed up, they got to work right away. I could not get a hold of the company with the number provided, I had to have one of the helpers call different number. The owner advised he was sending the 3rd person with an additional helper to make up for the lost time at NO additional charge. When the helpers arrive it’s 3 people who were to replace the original crew and the office didn’t notify me or the original helpers. Everyone was standing around looking confused trying to figure out what’s going on. The original crew left and the new 3 person crew started and got the job done. Courtney (helper) was wonderful he was fast, efficient and helpful. After they left I got a call that I OWED $60 to the helpers. What? I voiced my concerns to the owner and paid Courtney also I tipped the original helpers because they were great..but never again!

• Jonathan was not a great communicator and so unorganized. He had his movers show up an hour and a half late and when I talked to him about it, he made it seem like we had not agreed on a time but we clearly had text message proof. He did not even apologize for the tardiness. The actual labor was great but would not recommend working with HolyMovers if Jonathan does the communication and planning.

• Unfortunately, I have to give this company one star. While they have a money back guarantee, they refused to give me my money back (for just the last hour of service). I reached out requesting assistance and it takes them a long time to reply. It has been more than a week since my move and there is still not a resolution.
