Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Joe and Micah were fantastic from start to finish. Extremely nice, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that my U-Haul was packed appropriately. Moving is extremely stressful and I can't thank them enough for making the unload so easy.
Communication with the office was phenomenal. I had to move the unload up by one day and they said no problem and made it work. The unload crew showed up on time and did a good job unloading the UHaul. One of the crew members was very fast.... the other not so much and they didn't quite get the entire truck unloaded. That is the only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars. Loading in WI took a less than 3 hours but the unload seemed to take more time. Same environment (apartment and stairs). Maybe it was the heat. Either way, we were satifisfied with Citihaulers and would use them again.
Pat & Vinnie were the BEST!! Completely maximized the truck for our move. Very courteous and communication process was great. Would definitely use again. Thank you!!
