    I called the company when the helpers did not arrive 15 minutes after our agreed upon time. They ended up being 90 minutes late. The guys worked quickly and were very polite. However, more care of some items could have prevented damage when items were not covered as requested. Also floor in our home was scratched from sliding items on the floor. They did apologize and assured us it was done accidentally. Again, the guys were super nice. It ended up taking them 3 hours to do the job that we paid 4 hours for so they did work much faster than expected.

    Jeremiah knew exactly how to load my furniture in the box truck so that everything fit perfectly, and was protected and stable in transit. He and his son carefully loaded and unloaded the truck in a timely and efficient manner. They were able to fit loading and unloading into the 2-hour help window even with a 45-drive between pickup and delivery. I plan to use them again when the need arises.
