  • I ordered 2 men for 3 hrs. I decided on 3 hours instead of 2 hours for 2 guys as suggested by the app. When I answered the door I had one guy, one woman. (For Real to move) Before the man got 10 feet in the door he said that it would take 4 hours. ( Again , so typical of what people say) I said no. Long story short they only broke one item. They ended up taking 5+hours. Slowest I ever saw. I had to yell, pinch in , motivate, whatever to get them working. I was on fire!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!! -5 stars!

    I'm sorry you are dissatisfied with your service. To address your concerns I'd like to start by saying the woman was 6ft 1 and had no problem with the heaviest of items. I'm sorry but I can't see the issue based solely that a worker is a woman. Further more, you had a move that required critical packing to fit into the 15ft truck provided, driven to a storage, then stacked into a small storage, then drive back to the house to load again, then drive 30 minutes to the house you were moving to. We worked around you still packing. I didn't charge you for drive time and didn't charge you for the 20 minutes overage because you were upset. We worked the entire time with no breaks. The only yelling is when you raged out and violently threw a few items into your truck. I calmly explained that items need to be packed so that everything would fit. Nothing was broke that we touched but I can't be responsible for items you had your roommates haul in. This was not a simple 1 bedroom load.
