  • The 2 movers themselves were great. The company they work for, Solid Step Relocation, was terrible. The company was terrible about communication to their employees- they did not know they were unloading to a 3rd floor apartment. The company overbooked them and did not allot ample time for them to do my entire job. The company did not reconfirm the day before the service with me. The day of my move, luckily the 2 movers decided themselves to complete my move. There was constant drama after that. I received texts from the Company saying the movers were abandoning the job and they were firing them and instructed me to not tip them. I replied to the Company this simply wasn’t the case- the gentlemen were still diligently working. The day ended with the manager of the Company coming out right when the movers were done. The manager yelled at the workers for a good 10 minutes in the parking lot and had them give him their equipment. It was all very unprofessional to say the least.
