    Despite working in the oppressive, extreme heat on July 1, the moving crew delivered an absolutely outstanding performance. They maintained the highest level of professionalism, courtesy, and good humor throughout the entire day, never letting the brutal temperatures impact the quality of their work. Every item, from heavy furniture to fragile boxes, was handled with meticulous care and precision. Their tireless work ethic and positive attitude under such grueling conditions were truly remarkable, turning what could have been a chaotic day into a smooth and seamless experience.

    The booking was not confirmed by the company until we reached out to do so a few weeks after submitting the request through uhaul, several items were noticeably damaged, and one of the workers smelled strongly of weed and was carelessly handling items, often banging them into walls. One the workers (I believe his name was Tyrese) seemed very professional, loading the truck carefully, and treating everything with respect. They did send an extra helper without request by us, which helped offset the late start we had for the morning and got us out on time. A lot of items were found damaged when we went to unload the truck, some beyond repair.
