I paid for 2 movers for 3 hours, unfortunately it was only one guy who showed up, 4 hours late. I got movers because I am disabled and being evicted and needed the heavy furniture moved, which the ones I needed moved didn't get moved. I only have a few days to get everything out and was hoping to get it all done the day I ordered the uHaul since I start my new job on Monday and will have no time to move everything I need to, otherwise The guy was super kind, but now I am out my money, I could not extend the uHaul time which I already extended due to the lateness and got charged more fore doing so, which I am already on a tight budget. The guy offered to come back in the morning but I had to cancel that since I could not extend the use of the uHaul and could not afford to be charged fees for not returning it This company means well, but better time management is needed
