  • I used this moving service on June 15, 2026. The movers arrived on time, and the two men who came were professional and courteous. However, one of the movers was unable to lift anything remotely heavy, which left the majority of the physical work to me, my husband, and the older mover. As a result, the move was not handled as expected. Additionally, many of our belongings were damaged due to what appeared to be improper handling during the move. Christina was pleasant, apologetic, and made efforts to accommodate our concerns, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, despite her professionalism and attempts to help, the overall experience was disappointing due to the damage to our belongings and the lack of adequate moving support. Therefore, I cannot leave a positive review.
