Waited all day for delivery each time I reached out received the same answer,at a job running late from noon time first it was 2pm then I texted again 3-30 finally about 7pm arrived.

Arrived 40 minutes late, we had to extend due to it taking longer than expected, and they said we had to pay them $200 cash for an additional 2 hours even though they were late in the first place and were there for less than 3 hours total. We appreciate their hard work but it was overall a very unpleasant and stressful experience and they didn’t make us feel very good about the process and everyone who was there agreed that it definitely could’ve been more efficient. They weren’t able to get the small couch in and they tried once and then laughed at us but after they left my landlord and dad got it in easily so overall just a very weird and disappointing experience.
