The two people were an hour late, and we ended up doing a quarter of the move on our own so we paid for 3 hours and only got an hour and a half work from them. One person complained constantly that we should have parked the truck the other way. If they had been on time, we could have made that change, but once it was partially emptied, we were not moving it. The second person was hard working and respectful of our belongings. He went up and down the stairs with no complaints at all.

Blake and Reynaldo moved quick and efficiently. They were also friendly and patient as they dealt with quite the staircase. I hope they’re ready to move it all back down when we leave!!
