  • Initial customer service was great and the movers were very efficient. They would have received a glowing review if it wasn't for the Initial 3 hour charge when only 2 hours. After several phone calls to Cherry Moving the response is always the same they don't issue a refund. They need to make an exception as they charged a premium for same day service, therefore they shouldn't also charge an extra hour when it only took 2 hours to move.

    Hi Debra, I appreciate the fact that you chose us to help move your belongings! When I received your reservation, it was a 3-hour job. When my contractors show up to my doorstep, they knew and were reserved for 3 hours of their time. If I refunded you the 1 hour which you reserved for us, how am I supposed to pay my contractors?
