Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
The movers were very quick but they broke both my bed frame and my desk during the move. They broke the leg on the desk right in front of me (slammed it so that the wood splintered apart and the leg no longer supports weight) and didn't even apologize. I appreciate the service they provided but I would not hire again due to their carelessness with my furniture. I did still provide them with a cash top at the time of the move.
The two movers loaded the truck carefully and were amazing. They were very professional and respectful. They unloaded the truck fast and carefully - only one mishap due to the wind. The two young men were the best! Before the move the communication could have been better. I had to call them twice to get the movers scheduled when they were supposed to call me. But once we got the movers scheduled, their communication was great.
