  • They had great communication, moved quickly, and conducted themselves professionally. We should have booked more than 2 hours. The movers did end up staying longer to finish the job (which we paid for). The job was a bit too big. The boxes were put away okay. When we unloaded the boxes, we found some damage to the items in the boxes. The bigger issue was the loading of furniture. The couch was put on the truck with the legs down, and they snapped the metal leg off the couch (luckily we can repair this easily). There was way too much dead space between the furniture. We were told everything wouldn't fit in the truck. My fiancée and I had to unpack a third of the truck and repack it to flip the couch and fit the rest of our stuff. We should have booked 4 hours.

  • They were on time and were definitely hustling while they were there. We had hired other movers the day before and they took all eight hours filling up a 26' truck. The Valencia Brothers FILLED & UNLOADED the same 26' truck in less than 5 hours! We wish that we would have had them the first day. I will definitely remember them for the future!
