The team at Champs were AMAZING! I would highly recommend them. They unloaded a 26 foot Uhaul efficiently and they were very thoughtful with our items. From the time we booked them to the time they left the communication was great. We will definitely reach out to them with any future moving needs. Thanks again Robert and team!
Overall experience was good. They called in the morning to confirm. They were 30min late but brought an additional mover to help. They were quick and careful with the stuff, respecting the instructions given.
This company was a no show. I text with Kaylyn and told her that I really needed help loading and if they could not do the job to let me know as I am a 59 year old woman and didnt want to do this myself. She said no worries, we will be there. They were to be there at 9 am. at 930am I text and they said they were 27 min out. I waited, and after 45 min I text back again with no answer. I started loading the truck myself (2 storage units) Finally someone text me and said they had a flat was was trying to 'change the 'MF' flat tire' I text back with no response. I continued loading. I was done by 11 am and left because I had to be at my destination at a certain time for another company to unload me. This company never showed up and never moved me but used a code somehow and got paid. I text the phone number I have for refund and no reply. I have opened a case and through moving help and hope they do something to refund my money. Dont call this company.
