  Hello, San Diego. Since this review was left blank, here are the facts. This customer's relocation was corporate-paid. The employer hired a pod service, but since pod loaders won't do stairs, we were hired for a strict two-hour window to haul items from a 3rd-floor apartment down to the flatbed. (Note - it's smoother to hire one moving company rather than splitting labor). In two hours, we hauled 90 percent of the household down three flights of stairs, prioritizing heavy furniture. When time was up, he offered to pay us to stay. We declined because we do four jobs a day and cannot run late for our next clients. We advised him to order same-day moving help on the app for the last items, but he opted to finish himself. He quickly realized he bit off more than he could chew, as he wasn't accustomed to physical labor. We get his frustration with that final 10 percent, but we delivered exactly what we were hired for, and stand by our work ethic.
