  • For our first time using the UHaul platform for movers and using Top Movers Solutions, We were initially impressed with communication and flexibility. However, this changed when only 1 mover showed up on time. Chris did good helping my family who basically unloaded the whole truck with his help. The other mover was delayed an hour and second mover was only there for 30 mins - the whole move took 1 and half hour ( 1 hr with one mover and half hour with 2 movers. We are concerned with the overall charges for services rendered. Overall Crew was polite and helpful.
