• Moving company scheduled at 8 something this morning for this morning responded 10 minutes before picking up the 26ft truck and 2 hours after I texted them to confirm ability to do the job. The text was that there were no crew men available for the moving job. Every time I said I was going to cancel he'd say he only has to get one more guy. One of the biggest things that ate up time was having to use the phone to translate because neither mover spoke English and being scared of my dog they waited on the truck while he went to the bathroom in the back yard. Paying an additional hour after that was totally unfair. After all the anxiety and stress waiting for 2 hours for movers to arrive I DON'T think it's fair they're in the Rolodex of companies but when you book them you're an inconvenience. Called the 1-866-mover hotline no one answered. U-haul couldn't do anything but transfer me. Real horrible experience.

• The company was late getting movers. I had to reach out numerous times about the cleaning only to be told no one's available. Advised the business to remove themselves from u-haul if it's an inconvenience to provide the services advertised through u-haul. Very disappointed by the difficulties and trouble I went through with a business that advertise, accepted the job and was recommended by U-haul. No one available to cleaner per the company because of the holiday
