  • I paid for and expected two movers. Unfortunately, the second person didn’t show up which made my move a bit more difficult than I had planned. He did give me a refund which I was grateful for but he wasn’t able to help unload since just loading the U-Haul took 3 hours. If you’re moving, I suggest you plan to have additional help or a back up in case things like this happen. The mover was friendly and apologized which I appreciated but it definitely would’ve helped if there was a 2nd person because the move would’ve been faster and they would’ve been able to help unload as well within those 3 hours.
