  • When we arrived at our destination we found many of our items damaged due to poor packing by HP Pack n Move. Also while the truck was being unloaded at our destination there was found to be much wasted space that could have been filed causing us to not only need to rent an extra trailer but also to have to leave things behind. They did a horrible job and I would never recommend their services to anyone.

  • One mover was a bit unprofessional. He brought his dog to the job. Although the dog was well-behaved, it should have been left at home. He also wore inappropriate (opened-toed) shoes. At one point he injured his toe and was bleeding on things. At the end of the job, this mover tried to get me to pay him directly ... not good. These comments apply only to the one mover - the other gentleman was very professional.
