Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Fairity Moving were all around great. Communicating with them was quick and easy, and the two gentlemen who came to actually assist with our move were friendly, professional, and very competent. Over all a pleasure to work with, and we will definitely be using there services again, as we plan to move within the next 2-3 years.
I reserved with another helping business who never reached out to me and never answered any of my attempts to contact so when I cancelled the day before I needed them and I scheduled this reservation with Move & Groove, they called me within a few hours to confirm. Even though we scheduled last minute and had a pretty wide timeframe we would be showing up at our new house due to travel, they were very accommodating and were okay with me giving them a solidified time only an hour before. When the helpers showed up, they worked well together and I noticed immediately how they took a lot of care around walls and doorframes and didn’t hit anything on the walls once. I like when movers don’t work too quickly and instead focus on taking care of our things. We were very grateful for their help.
Jason and Mario were the best movers we have ever had. Bridget was also great at communicating all the details before the move. We have had several moving companies in the past and have never had a better experience than we did with everyone at ACME. Will most definitely be using them for all future moves and highly recommend them to anyone looking.
