  • Dealing with the owner of the company was hard due to a language barrier. I felt bad for his workers since they did not have proper footwear or warm clothing for the move. When I asked for a dolly to help his workers bring in heavy items he could not provide it. Workers did their best but the owner of this company is not professional at all.

However, regarding the equipment, we want to clarify that it was explicitly mentioned during our initial contact that we do not provide dollies or ratchet straps. regarding the concerns about clothing and footwear, our team arrives in attire specifically chosen to allow for the agility and mobility required for heavy lifting.   • The movers were due by 10am. I got a mesaage at 10;15 saying they were running late and they arrived 5 minutes later. The movers appeared less experienced than some I have used, but were very responsive to helping direction and worked hard. They were friendly, eager, and helpful with a good attitude and customer service focus.
