• This was, without question, the worst moving experience I have ever had. The crew arrived two hours late, immediately demonstrating a lack of professionalism and respect for my time. Items were handled carelessly—several were dropped, chipped, and scratched, damage that was completely avoidable with proper care. What made matters worse was their extreme inefficiency. The movers worked at an almost deliberate crawl, yet had no issue charging for it. I was billed for three additional hours beyond the original three-hour booking, meaning it took six hours to move one bedroom, one office, and an entertainment center—over a distance of only five miles. This was not an honest mistake or an isolated issue; it was a textbook example of a deceptive and predatory business practice. Excessive delays, careless handling, and inflated charges point to intentional overbilling rather than poor service. I strongly urge anyone considering this company to avoid them at all costs.
