I experienced a delay in arriving in Houston with my trailer, and was very pleasantly surprised at the friendly manner in which this news was received. The representative worked with me to find a mutually acceptable time, and the workers were waiting for me upon arrival. This is my second time utilizing this company, and I’ve had good experiences both times. The workers I had tonight, Nelson and Marvin, were very good at stacking boxes high, so we could make the most of the space available. Even though it was raining, they did not complain. They were very open to suggestions about where I wanted things placed. Very positive experience.
