Their communication was terrible. The number for the company itself never answered when called, always had to.leave a message and HOPE they'd call back. They did not show up on the day scheduled stood us up, no call or nothing even after me attempting to call many time several hours later. When it was rescheduled for next day they were to arrive at 8am and at 715am I get a call stating one of the people scheduled for it was not able to make it and they would be late getting here due to having to find a replacement. They did not arrive at our place until 1045am causing us to be late returning the uhaul leading to an additional charge.
