• This was the absolute worst moving service I have ever received. I booked a morning move at 10 AM on the U-Haul app, which they confirmed over text with me. On the day of the move, I texted them, and they told me they were still doing another job and pushed me back till 11;30. At that point, they continue to push me back, telling me they were almost finished with a current job. They did not get to my apartment to help me move until nearly 2;30 in the afternoon. They also never answered the phone when I called and would only respond to texts. As a result of this, I had to move 95 percent of my entire apartment myself before they got there due to time constrictions. They only moved 3 items. The movers themselves were respectful and kind, but they scratched up my sofa and basically begged for a tip at the end. Absolutely waste of time and money.

• Hands down they worked fast and got it the unload done quick I will definitely use them again and recommend everyone use them first the price was reasonable
