Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
The two movers were a life saver. We live on the third floor no elevator and had a TON of furniture they both showed up ready to work and even when everyone else was tired and needed a break they kept going. We couldn’t have done it without them. They were great. Will hire again. Do not recommend living on the third floor.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They were a nightmare and the worst move of my life. They damaged every piece of furniture they moved. They left a 26 ft U-haul full of my furniture and were to return at 8 the following morning to move it to storage and some into an apartment. They never showed and finally admitted they weren't going to complete the job. They didn't cover any furniture which is why it all got damaged even though I rented blankets from U-haul. I also asked them to put sheets I had over it in storage and they didn't do that either. They also put boxes marked for my apartment into storage. The storage is packed from floor to ceiling so I can't even access them. They cost me additional U-haul charges and having to find other movers. They are the worst. I literally watched them drop one of my dressers coming downstairs and broke the entire back off of it. I will be taking them to court for all the damage and the additional costs I incurred because they were a no show.
Chad was super helpful, even on a Sunday the job was done in a timely fashion. Highly recommend!
