Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
I had reached out to confirm that they were going to show up on the moving date that I needed. On the day of the move, they did reach out to let me know that they would be about an hour late, but when they did show up, they were ready to work and were very quick with packing my things onto the truck. They were very friendly, efficient, and took care of my items. Thank you so much!
The older one was nice enough once they arrived. They were supposed to be here at 4 pm. Did not show up until after 8pm. They do not communicate well. I suggest that if you are considering getting help to look elsewhere. I paid $300 for them and so not worth it. And the young one acts as if you the consumer are beneath him. So not worth the money at all.
They did a absolutely wonderful job packing my U-haul truck for my trip. I would highly recommend.
