  • I had the worst experience with Top Notch. Anthony texted me the morning of and the crew for my move was running late. Our move scheduled for 10am would was pushed to around noon - 1pm. 1pm roles around and I text Anthony. They are running late and need 35 more minutes before heading my way. At almost 3pm, someone else calls me saying the 1st crew got into a car accident and they are coming from Rhode Island (2 hours away) to move us. They ended up pushing their ETA back twice and didn't show up until after 6pm. The movers who showed up were great and extremely nice, but not once did Anthony reach out, apologize, or try to make things right. I had to call him asking what was going on.
