  • Truck was packed very poorly leading to nearly all of our furniture being extremely damaged and some barely salvageable. I purchased 24 moving blankets for the move and they used 1 blanket for the entire move. My couch brackets are destroyed (bent to 90 degree angle as it was stacked on top of our coffee table-which is also ruined) to my $3,000 couch. My desk, coffee table, and dining table have huge chips and scratches all over them due to being thrown on top of each other with no proper coordination. I had to personally go up to the truck and bungee cable my TV to the truck because they had the 70 inch tv between the two rails of my treadmill. They worked hard in the beginning but towards the end I had to plead with them to help me bring my last desk upstairs. Nobody likes their stuff being damaged and I’m sure if this was their own personal belongings they wouldn’t load their stuff up that way.
