• The guys they sent me.. wow I am truly amazed. They were so respectful, efficient, and careful with all of my belongings. The movers were extremely polite and kept checking in to make sure things were going in the right places and not one thing was damaged during the process. Overall I am very grateful I went with Pop & Pack Pros they honestly took a lot of stress off my shoulders during this very far move. I would absolutely recommend them to my family and friends. They earned a return customer with me!!!

• I had booked 4 helpers for 4 hours yet received notice the day of the move that there was an availability issue with 1 helper. Ok, no problem, let's just get it done. It was a lot to move so I was a little concerned about being 1 person down. The crew worked hard, and I asked them if they will receive compensation for the 4th helper that was not there in which they stated that they would not. This was unacceptable to me, and I contacted the individual responsible for payment and informed him that they men need to be compensated for the work they did being one helper down. After a back and forth, the company was agreeable and from what we understand, paid the men the extra amount. It is clear to me that this was not the plan and if I had not said something, they would not have been paid. Do better and take care of your people. If you do, they will take care of you.

• The two gentleman were exceptional. I would recommend your company to family and friends. Work on timing, it is important to be on time.
