During our move we requested through U-Haul assistance.This vendor was over a hour and a half late.indicated Uhaul gave them the incorrect address, there was over a hour delay between the text indicating they were lost and when they arrived. We requested an eta with no reply. Leaving me to load half of a truck by myself while i waited in the rain. When they finally arrived, they complained they had other jobs to do and had overbooked (NOT MY PROBLEM)! During the move, new furniture becomes scratched due to poor handling. Completely avoidable, i was standing there asking them to be more careful when it happened. The assistant was constantly complaining he had other jobs to do during the move. We paid for 5 hours of service. They left after 3.5 leaving work still to be completed. We released them to leave after the assistant went and sat in the truck with work still incomplete. Our patience was worn thin, and simply no longer wanted to work with this company. Not a happy experience.
