• John and Monty were awesome! They had their own dollys and furniture pads plus tools to take my door off the hinges. Totally professional - took great care with my things. I especially want to thank them for above and beyond service- I had a fall at my new place and had to go to the ER- I felt bad for leaving them - but they finished everything perfectly! So gracious for their help when I took my tumble. No one’s fault - just my missteps on the new steps at my new place. I want them to know that I’m fine and will definitely recommend to friends who will need your services in the coming months. Kudos to you all!

• John was extremely communicative, keeping me up-to-date on all aspects of this move, from when he arrived at U-Haul to pickup the U-Boxes, when he was on the road, how long it would take etc. In addition, he was immediately available on the phone whenever I called him. In person he and his team were extremely friendly and professional and went above and beyond to pack up all my things into just two u-boxes (it was a tight fit!) and get everything delivered to U-Haul for storage. I definitely recommend this Helper and will use them again if I ever have the opportunity to.
