    Do-It Moving Logistics

    We had 4 u-boxes and we were promised 4 moving help, but we ended up with 3 people for helping us with loading our u-boxes. Additionally, the u-boxes were loaded in a haphazard way, pieces of furniture were loaded but things could be easily fit into them, which they failed to do. We called them the next day and asked for additional 2 hours of help so they can rearrange the boxes and we were going to pay them for 2 hours, and they promised they'll be on their way. After I er am hour , they messaged and said they have 2 flat tires and stopped responding to messages. We had to get additional help to get the u-boxes arranged so we can for our things. If we were able to fit all our things with their help in moving the big furniture pieces, we'd be satisfied, but the lack of communication and not being able to deliver what was requested of them is quite upsetting.
