• I contacted Brandon late Saturday after another moving service completely fell through. Brandon was attentive and able to get us a crew for the next day - Sunday around 10am. The crewmember showed up early ready to work. On such last-minute notice, he utilized his two sons as his other two laborers - which is understandable but also led to a slightly less efficient service given the stairs and heavy items. We ran into issues when he caught wind of the Stairs Fee we had paid directly to Brandon. While I am absolutely sympathetic to his frustration with the fee not being paid to him, this led to an approximately 20-minute stoppage in work - refusing to continue until him and Brandon worked out their issue. This sort of thing should never happen at the expense (financially or time-wise) of the customer. They eventually worked it out (me playing mediator) - we didnt finish in 3 hours. Had to pay for another hour to finish AND helped them on the last leg of the move. Not an ideal experience

• The movers that helped me were super professional and friendly. They reached out within one day and were able to schedule the move really easily. The movers were in constant communication via text, and when they unloaded the U-Haul it was really nicely stacked up in the apartment, 2-floor pre-war walk up in NYC. Not an easy job but they handled it effortlessly. Would absolutely hire again.
