  • Prior to move, they were very communicative and very professional. I asked regarding timing and they assured me they’d be on time. Day of, they were half hour late. When they arrived, I showed them what needed to be moved so they could make a plan for loading U-Haul. Instead, they just grabbed random things and then had to reload the van (often leaving items like my mattress on ground in between). I assumed movers would have skills in packing a U-Haul. Not these guys. They complained my furniture was too heavy and they cut my mattress loading. Upon arrival at new place, it got way worse. New place did have tight corners to navigate but instead of taking legs off table, they just scratched up wall. For my couches, they had no problem solving skills for how to get them to fit. I suggested another entrance. When they used other entrance, they knocked down porch sconces, got paint on walls, and took forever to figure out a plan. I did call to complain and got one hour reimbursed.

  • The movers were really great, on time and efficient and respectful. They helped me pick up a Facebook marketplace find and were ok with going a little over time (with fee).
