• They first promised to arrive by 11am. That was changed to 3pm, then to 330pm. They finally arrived at 340pm.

The delays you experienced were due to unforeseen scheduling complications on a previous move which unfortunately threw off our teams schedule. We regret that this impacted your move and that our communication wasnt as proactive as it should have been.
