I expected professional movers to help with the unloading, but instead the crew appeared to be very young and inexperienced. I ended up doing most of the heavy lifting myself because I didn't want to risk one of the young workers getting injured. I was expecting a professional service with experienced staff and at least some basic moving equipment or tools to make the job safer and more efficient. Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations, and I would not describe it as a professional unloading experience.
