  • The company head needs to understand when an appointment is in Central Time and they are telling us that their people will be there at 11.30am it’s Eastern Time. They actually arrived at 10.30 Central Time and had to wait for an hour for us to arrive. The actual young men who came were good. They have already been paid in advance of this survey.
